Week one: Root & Throat Chakra

Cleanse and align each of your seven energy centres through a sensory sound experience that goes far beyond the use of music.

Using an effective blend of healing frequencies, sound, music, pranic healing and scents, this four-week chakra series will take you on a musical journey through each energy centre to retune, restore and rebalance each of your seven chakras.

When our mind and body is negatively affected through any type of physical and/or psychological trauma (e.g injury, food intoxication, mental illness, stress, anxiety etc), the energy system can often be compromised, leading to an imbalance and blockage.

Clearing each of our seven chakras is imperative to overall sustained health, happiness and vitality.

Simply lie back, relax and bathe in music knowing each of your chakras are being nurtured through specific frequencies aligned to each centre.

Week two: Sacral & third eye: I feel without fear & follow my intuition
Week three: Solar Plexus & Crown: I act with courage and know I am complete
