Bringing you a musical moving meditation experience with a brain-entraining twist.
When we think of meditation we can often think of sitting in a seated position or lying down in stillness. However there are so many great ways in which we can meditate, it’s about finding the way that resonates with you.
On Saturday 8 June, we’re going to loosen it up a little. Join us for this incredible event combining pure experimental body expression and a nurturing meditative sound bath to live music.
Using an effective blend of music, movement and meditation, this session is about allowing yourself permission to feel into the live hypnotic brain-entraining music and feel the motion start to weave its way in and out of your body. It’s about honouring that motion and exploring the move of energy in a way that feels great for you.
Join Maeve & Lorenzo from Soulful Soundwaves for a session of pure and heart-powered live music and intuitively channelled guidance and improvisation.
This session is a safe space to be you. This space isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you FEEL. It’s a place where you can dance/move and rest in stillness with your raw, authentic and true self.
Come and join us on Saturday 8 June to move with the motions of meditation, feel the frequencies and vibrations of music travel through you and find that perfect balance between movement and stillness.
You need zero dancing and meditation experience.
